Fenugreek seeds curry

Ingredients : 150 gm: Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Seeds) 1 Green chilli fined chopped 2 tbsp. Oil 1-2 Red dry chillies 3-4 Curry leaves 1/2 tbsp. Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp. Musted seeds 1/2 tbsp. Asafoetida (Hing) 1/2 tbsp. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp. Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp. chilli powder if you like to make spicier 10 gm: Jaggery more if you like to make sweet Salt according to taste Chopped coriander Method to make the curry: Step 1: Wash the Methi (Fenugreek) properly Step 2: Boiled the fenugreek, add twice the water for boiling Add 1/2 tbsp salt as well. Step 3: Boiled until 2-3 whistle comes Step 4: let the pressure cooker to cool down and then take Fenugreek into a separate vessel Step 5: Wash again properly and make sure that all the skin of Methi comes out during the washing process ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Step 6: Take a pan and put it on medium heat stove Step 7: Add 2 tbsp. oil and let it be hot Step 8: Once the oil is hot enough to add musted seeds and Cumin seeds and half spoon of Asafotedia Step 9: Add red chillies and curry leaves Step 10: let is fry for few seconds and then add boiled Methi seeds Step 11: Add chilli powder, Salt, Cumin powder Step 12: Mix it well and add Jaggery in it Step 13: Add half a cup of water and let it boiled for 5 to 10 mins Step 14: Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot You can eat this curry with Roti, bajrano rotlo or bhakhri.
