Ingredients for 4-5 times PavBhaji:
1. Coriander seeds-साबुत धनियां - 2 tbsp 2. Cumin seeds-जीरा - 3 tbsp 3. Fennel Seed (Sonf)सोंफ-2 tbsp 4. Dry Red Chili -लाल मिर्च - 4-5 Pieces 5. Cloves-लोंग - 8-9 Pieces 6. Cardamom-इलाइची 6-7 Pieces 7. Cinnamon-दाल चीनी - 2-3 small Pieces 8. Star Anise - चक्र फूल - 2-3 Pieces 9. Mango Powder-अमचूर पाउडर- 1 tbsp. ----------------------------------Optional (Only if you have) --------------------------------------- Black Cardamom-बड़ी इलाइची-3 Pieces Black pepper - काली मिर्च -1.5 Tbsp. Ginger Powder - जिंजर पाउडर -1 tbsp. Black salt- काला नमक -1 tbsp. Pomegranate - अनार दाना -3 tbsp. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Method:
Step 1: Take a pan and put it on the stove Step 2: Once the pan is hot then add all spices except Aamchor powder Step 3: Roast it well for 3-4 min. or until smell started to come from it. Step 4: let it be cool and then take it to the mixer for a blend. Step 5: Add Amchur Powder (Mango Powder) and blend it well
